From late spring until late autumn much of the produce we use at Fishbone is grown by us at our kitchen garden - Fishbone Farm.

We like to grow things we cannot normally buy from our suppliers such as yellow and candy stripped beetroots, various heirloom carrots including a purple carrot! Different types of radishes and peas, courgette flowers, frisse & chicory and of course, tomatoes.

On August 31 each year we plant the seeds of 12 differed tomato varieties, all old fashioned heirloom ones you don't see in supermarkets these days, and come February, we have the most wonderful tomato salad, add a touch of Marlborough flaky sea salt a splash of olive oil and it is like eating summer!
